“We have hired PRO REMODELING INC on two separate occasions. Job one was a complete bathroom renovation. The existing bathroom was gutted and a new one built. Job two was a partial patio enclosure with a 2 ft. block wall. On both jobs we found them to be complete professional in every aspect. “Pro Remodeling did an amazing job on our bath remodel. We had been planning to do the remodel for several years but really didn’t have any solid references for contractors. We wanted a somewhat extensive redo that required the reconfiguration from a tub to a walk-in shower. We also wanted some cabinetry replaced with new countertops. After much internet research, we decided that Pro Remodeling was potentially the company that we could work with and gave them a call.

John came out and we discussed our ideas and he gave us the feedback and tips on things that we had never thought of. We knew after this initial meeting that this was the company we were looking for. John made us comfortable to proceed with the work.

As work began, we met and worked with Jimmy and Russ. They did a wonderful job of coordinating the entire job and keeping us informed as the job progressed. All of the work performed was of the highest quality and everyone was very professional and did an exceptional job.

”The purpose of this letter is to provide a strong recommendation for the services of PRO-REMODELING of Tucson for any significant remodeling project you may be contemplating.

They worked with us last summer (2015) in developing a plan to implement the ideas we had about a bathroom re-do, and then John Almond personally took us around to all the necessary tile, glass and plumbing supply places to enable us to find what we felt met our needs.

When the actual project started, we met their experienced team of knowledgeable individuals in all the involved fields of work. These workers were also very helpful in making suggestions to us. The project proceeded within a reasonable time frame, with John always checking in with us on any vendor questions and on the progress of the work.

“I don’t imagine you hear “thank you” from many of your customers several years after a remodeling job, but I couldn’t help feeling gratitude for the excellent work you did remodeling my master bathroom over 4 years ago. Why now? Well, because my husband fell out of a tree/off a ladder at the end of November, while hanging Christmas lights, and broke his leg and ankle. His recuperation hasn’t been as onerous as it could have been because, thankfully, our shower/bathroom had already been remodeled to accommodate someone with limited mobility! The walk-in (roll in) snail shower with zero threshold, sturdy wall-mounted handrail and detachable shower head you installed was perfect for him. And, wisely, you talked us into keeping the handrail in the toilet area. Thom has definitely needed the stability it provides when trying to wrangle a pair of crutches while sitting down. The bench you installed between our two sink areas has been very beneficial, as Thom has had to sit to get dressed and affix the “big black boot” onto his injured leg. The two months since his surgery, we have repeatedly said “thank goodness Pro-Remodeling did such a great job at, apparently, just the right time for us”. No one could have foreseen this sudden need, and life would have definitely been harder on us both if Thom hadn’t been able to utilize our master bathroom.

Anyway, I just wanted to say “thank you”. Your work has made our lives so much easier these last few weeks. And, as a word of caution: 70-year old men and ladders to NOT mix well together.”
